A brand new report from State Gaming Commission found that underage people were able to access the gaming floor at Rivers Casino in Schenectady, New York, according to the Daily Gazette (via CBS 6 Albany).
The commission report found that in April of 2017, an underage player, who was under the age of 21, was able to place a bet. The report also found that in three other instances, underage people gained access to the floor.
According the reports, violations could cost the casino $25,000 in fines.
